Computer turns on fans on mouse on but no display and keyboard

After playing dota 2 the other day I sleep then woke up and open my pc but it turns on fans spinning got power on mouse but no display and keyboards, I already tried basic troubleshooting like changing ram unplugging all and plugged, cmos battery pc already rest for 1day unplugged no beep. And give it a try again but still the same, but after a week before my pc not opening, I open my pc my keyboard not connecting and after a 2 or 3 restart it connected, old pc build
