Hi all, thanks in advance for your help. I thinking about purchasing a new gaming laptop and am wondering if I even should and if so which one.
Presently I have an MSI Stealth with. 4th gen i7, GTX 970m (I think that has 6 gigs of vram), 16 gigs of DDR4 and dual 512 gig ssd, and the laptop has a 60hz screen.
I play games like SWTOR, WoW, SC2 and that's pretty much it. As of now I can play them all on ultra settings with a few
Minor hiccups on rare occasions.
I am thinking of purchasing A) an MSI
GT73VR Titan with a 7th gen i7, GTX 1070 with 8 gigs vram, 16 gigs DDR4 ram, a 120hz laptop screen with gsync. Or B) an Alienware 17 R4 with a higher end i7 7820 v 7400 on the MSI. Same graphics card but I'm not sure if the Alienware has gsync or a 120hz screen.
My question for the games I pay is an upgrade even worth it at this point? And if so which one should I get? Thanks!
