About a week ago my pc started shutting down 1 or 2 times a day by itself. Now this morning when I cut it on it won't stay on. Over & over, off & on. It gets the desk top on the screen then cuts off. I unplugged everything & then turned it back on. Didn't help. One more thing. last week every time I clicked the icon to print, a screen popped up asking me fax information. I couldn't figure out how to fix it, so uninstalled it & reinstalled it & the printer was back working. I'm on my old back up pc till I get the other one working.
Got any ideas for me to try that's not to advanced?
