I reinstalled WindowsXP recently and my processor(AMD64 3400+) is stuck at 800MHz. It wont throttle up for movies/games which makes them play terribly. The system is stable in this state. But when I change power options to "Always On" so my processor is 2200MHz (as it should be) my computer will crash while playing movies/games with random BSOD's. DRIVER_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL is always the cause.
