Corrupted recycle bin [FIX]

Hello!
I had this problem with a notification popping up that my bin is corrupted.
Run this command in CMD (as admin):
rd /s /q (corrupted drive):\$Recycle.bin
Exp:
rd /s /q C:\$Recycle.bin
rd /s /q D:\$Recycle.bin
rd /s /q E:\$Recycle.bin

If that does not work run this command in CMD as admin:

sfc /scannow

If still nothing then delete and reinstall the bin:

Go to "Control Panel"
Choose "File Explore", and then, "View" tab.
Unhide system protected operating files.
Next, go to each drive to delete permissions and "$Recycle.bin" folders.
Restart your Windows.
Go to "Personalize" by right-clicking on Desktop.
Select "Themes">"Desktop Icon settings".
Check Recycle Bin. And then, choose "Apply".

And if nothing helps:

I installed avast when it started happening so I uninstalled it restarted my PC installed it back restarted the PC. And now everything is fine. So my advice is if nothing helps try to remember when it started popping up and reinstall the program that might have caused the problem.
