It has an apple processor. i'm doubting you'd find much support in Windows OS's for that.
There are plenty of tablet pcs that run Windows if that is what you need...

Running Windows on an iPad would only be for the "because you can" factor. The only thing I have seen is software that allows you to emulate Windows. They are plenty of tablets that run Windows and/or Android out now and coming in the near future if you are looking for an alternative to iOS.
