CPU fan not working, computer shutting down automatically

About 2 weeks ago my computer was working fine, it was making the normal computer noise then all of a sudden it shut down. I turned it back on then could hear no noise on the computer and it kept shutting down and wouldn't let me start it up. I look at the health of my pc and it says CPU : 0 RPM so i have no idea what is wrong... Help

It may be as simple as a failed CPU heatsink fan failure, and your motherboard is shutting down the computer to prevent the CPU (Central Processing Unit) from burning up... You haven't said what your computer is, or what processor it is running. If you don't have the knowledge to fix this yourself, get a computer savvy friend or a computer repair shop to do this repair for you
