CPU issues

About 2 year ago I got a toshiba laptop for gaming. for about 2 years I could play games perfectly fine but recently I started getting really bad lag spikes and the CPU usage was spiking to 100%. Ive tried things like factory resetting but nothings working. games like league of legends used to use about 20% bout now uses 100% and games like counterstrike are constantly at 100 where as they used to run perfectly fine without any issues.

Run windowed with Task Manager visible - what is process which is eating CPU?
Malware? run bitDefender, Anti-malwarebytes
Dust? check videos on YouTube for cleaning your model laptop
