Sorry but I had no idea where to put this problem in.

Hello!
Can someone please help me fix this cpu usage spiking problem. I can't play any game at all only 10 FPS. I used process explorer to find out what the spiking is about. So, I started the game, minimized it, then I saw svchost.exe(PID: 840) spiking like crazy. I checked the properties and saw RPCRT4.dll was the one spiking.

Specs:
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 4000+, ~2.6GHz
Memory: 2046MB RAM
Operating System: Windows Vista™
Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio) I thought this was the problem and I updated the drivers but it didn't work
GFX Card: Nvidia 9500 GT
