Whoa, the guy with the accent deserves a punch on his nose for that. This reminded me of the Ferrari dude (not the car, that's his last name) when he went through something similar, and he recorded it too.

Don't generalize, I know what you did there, but I am not racist, I am latino, and because I lived in Seattle for a really long time I have tons of friends from all over the world, and ye that won't change the fact that the guy I am referring to does have an accent; so do I, I am latino after all.
BTW, the punch on his nose is not because of his accent, but because of the terrible customer service he gives.

Comcast customer service - the pits:
Recently I received a letter included in my bill from the "VP of Loyalty" at Comcast. No return address as usual. I responded that I thought it was the funniest title I had seen in years and added all my complaints about Comcast service: sudden charge ($8) on my modem which I had free for 15+ years, the endless increases in charges without any improvement in service or offerings, and a few other items. Eventually, I received a phone call from an assistant, who offered to reduce my monthly cost bu about 25%. - I never agreed to this, but they implemented it anyway, including free HBO and SteamPix for 24 months. Note: the lady said she was not allowed to communicate by E-mail, which I need, because I am seriously hearing impaired.
There was and continues to be a problem: I cannot get CH 1, On Demand and CH550, HBO, comes up with a notice that I am not a subscriber. Many contacts by E-mail later, after they claimed they sent the signal to correct the problem with CH 1 and 550, I still cannot get them.
So much for the generous offer of free HBO and StreamPix. - Now they plan to send a technician, not at my expense, I hope.
Comcast must have the worst customer relations of anyone. Their Chat Persons only seem to read from scripts and parrot the questions one asks, without understanding them. Solutions probability is near ZERO. - The problem is I have no alternative for the Internet which is part of the package.
I am at the end of the line for the Internet and service drop way down from the usual 28MBps during evening hours.
Solutions: convet all the ISPs and cable companies into utilities that operate under rules.

Anyone can record a phone conversation (caller/receiver) without notice or consent and do whatever they want with it, such as publishing on youtube or any other media platform.
If you, the 'Caller', plan on using the recording (phone or otherwise) for court use, you must give notice that the conversation is being recorded and you cannot publicly publish it. Once published, it's no longer admissable or usable in court for evidence purposes. If a court warrant is acquired to tap/intercept a conversation, then a notice is not required. The 'Call Receiver' can record all conversations without notice, but still cannot publicly publish it if the intent is for court use.
Businesses must give notice of conversation recording (regardless of calling or receiving) due to Consumer Protection Laws, Consumer Privacy Laws, and Data Collection & Use Laws (etcetera).
