CWS kicking my ***

I've tried everything I can think of to get rid of CoolWebSearch. I am bombarded with popups about spyware and it has taken the desktop over. It has disabled the wired and wireless internet connection. It will connect but won't obtain an automatic IP. It also has disabled the task manager (followed instructions and deleted the disabletskmgr registry entries but they come right back after restart). I also cannot load SpybotSD. I've run the CW Shredder, Adaware, AVG, and many smaller tools. Uninstalled programs, looked at startup programs, etc. I even updated from XP SP2 to XP SP3. Still nothing fixed. Please help me guys!
