Solved DCOM Restart Issue

Ok....... It wouldn't shut down so I powered it off then back on it showed an error so I rebooted again and now it's doing a disk check...

So yea... I copied and pasted exactly what it said and its doing a disk check. So.. Tell me it's supposed to do that?

Turn the computer off, wait 1 minute and try to restart it again.
If normal mode doesn't work see if you can boot to safe mode.

NOTE 2. Install Panda USB Vaccine, or BitDefender’s USB Immunizer on GOOD computer to protect it from any infected USB device.

For x32 (x86) bit systems download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool 32-Bit and save it to a flash drive.
