Deep Freeze Problem

Hey! I have a problem. The PC I am using(not mine, it's at a library) uses Deep Freeze. I've tried to disable but none worked. I Don't know what version is it. If I hold Shift and dblclick the Tray Icon, it shows me the next thing:

I have a PC at home but it's not yet connected to the internet. So I go to the locat library where there are PC's with internet connection. Got it? Thanks for the attachement thing.

I can not help support you, to change settings on someone elses computer

It's not really "to change settings on someone elses computer". The administrator of the library wants to disable it but he can't... So he asked me if I can. Got it?

I remember Deep Freeze being on the PCs at my High School. Good times. I get it, but, somehow this pitch seems like it would be an unrealistic situation: "The administrator of the library wants to disable it but he can't... So he asked me if I can". Even if that were true, I hope you can understand how fishy that seems. Got it?
