Hi my name is Joe and I am having problems with my Dell. When I turn it on, it runs fast, but nothinfg happens. The monitor is not receiving any input signal and no matter what key I hit when it is booting up, makes any difference. It just sits there running fast.
The motherboard has died. It probably has an Intel 478 CPU. There are replacement motherboards still available, but you are looking at an expensive repair or refurbishment
