I have a Dell Inspiron 1564 whose screen suddenly doesn't work anymore. It boots up, but the screen remains black. If I connect it through hdmi cable to an external screen, it doesn't show anything neither. It only works with vga cable, but it shows some vertical lines along the sceen. I did a diagnostic test and it came the message "error code 0321" and "lcd eDID - unable to access". Can you help me with this? What's going wrong?
