Dell Optiplex GX270

I have a Dell Optiplex GX270. It is a SFF. Is this equivalent to a Micro-ATX?
I wish to replace motherboards and use a ZOTAC 9300-A-E.

Dell use their own PSU's in these models and you can only use the correct board.
