Denial of service/packet flooding android wifi

There seems to be some kind of denial of service/packet flooding from all 3 of my android phones when wifi is switched on. It seems to have happened after going to cell data or even the att uverse router/gateway, which I never used before. I saw comcast vans here 2 times too as it may be slowing down comcast internet too thru those xfinitywifi access points. Slows both systems down (comcast internet and att uverse) about 4 meg in download speed. It's on att and tmobile.

Had some kind of thermal check this morning due to running the cpu so fast.

Got my internet working thru att/ma bell, the old standby. Moved to a new place somewhat and now have internet. Older phones work with data too, altho I didn't think they did, if you change access point parameters.
