Desperately need help involving new computer

Hey TechSpot. My new comp stuff came in the mail today (mobo, cpu, ram). Well I set everything up and it works and I can edit the bios and such but when I try to boot a screen pops up saying No keyboard plugged in. This is ridiculous because I can navigate the bios without a problem. If I hit F1 (skip the error screen) it will start to boot windows. When the windows splash screen is over the computer completely restarts to the base screen where it shows the motherboard's logo and has the option to enter bio's or boot menu. How do I fix this?
