Direct X problem

Hi I am new at that forum and I need help.
I have gmes like Left 4 Dead 2,Commandos Behind Enemy Lines and Spore.
this game worked month ago and now when I suddenly wanted to play them again and every game writes me: "cannot find directx 5" or "Could not create the Graphics device.Direct X is not available.[1002]"
I got Direct X11 and the games worked I tried to update but It still dont work what should I do please help me!

What is the make/model of your graphics card? My best suggestion would to uninstall graphics card drivers and re-install fresh. I would do that with the Direct X also (uninstall then re-install from fresh download).

What is the make/model of your graphics card?

Go to google.com, type in: [MAKE] graphics drivers. Select your model etc from the dropdowns.
