How do I download appleitunes store app when it becomes disabled

Users will still be able to access their entire music library and use the iTunes Store

iTunes functionality has be subdivided into three separate apps now:

standalone versions of their Music, Podcasts and TV apps for Mac users on the next version of macOS

In its place will be three media streaming apps: Apple Music, Apple Podcasts, and Apple TV.
