Disabled my display adapter GPU

I disabled my display adapter in Device Manager now I have a permeant black screen
I'm using windows 10 and have a Msi gaming laptop

It's something that happened to me a long time ago when replacing a graphics card. I removed a Windows driver that was essential and had the dreaded black screen. In the end I re installed Windows but there may be a simpler solution. Keep your fingers crossed but I'm sure reinstalling Windows 10 is likely much easier than with early versions of Windows.
