Solved Disconcerting Email - Suspect compromise/hack/malware

One more question (I hope)
B00kwyrm has set up an administrator account for me in XP,
and changed my normal login to a restricted/user account.

Now secunia will not run from the user account, nor will it run from the administrator account.
The message is...

Windows has closed this program.
Data Execution Prevention helps protect against damage from viruses ... (etc)

It will not run even with Avira "Guard" deactivated.
Any suggestions?
