Display and Resolution are 1080p, DXDIAG says HDR not supported

I hope this is the right place to post, I'm just slightly confused I thought this whole time that my display is HD which is what I thought 1080p is yet according to Windows, HDR is not supported by my display.

Kind of hard to know for sure if thats true or not. :/
Need your monitor-tv brand name-model number, size of your screen, graphics card name.
System specs too if you don't mind.
