I just installed an MSI GTX 1070 and updated the drivers. The computer runs fine in windows 10, but whenever I play a game the following occurs:
Game will load and allow me to use the menu and game settings, but when the game actually starts, the display goes blank and the pc crashes. Happens to all newer games that I try to run.
PC info:
Motherboard: MSI H110M Gaming
RAM: 8Gb (2x4Gb)
CPU: i5-6500
Power Supply: Cheap 500w
Video: MSI GTX 1070 8G (ITX)
OS: Win10
Could it be that it’s not getting enough power from the PSU?
Any help is appreciated.
