Inactive DNS probe started

Hello, my name is Dane and I was wondering if this is a virus or a bug or something. whenever I open chrome, I get this message DNS_PROBE_STARTED then followed by DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO INTERNET. Then, I have no acsess to my internet on chrome. Then, when I went on internet explorer, (god forbid) it said it cannot connect. then, on opera, same thing, then firefox... as you can see it is an annoying dillema. And I was hoping there would be a fix. and yes, I tried the cmd commands.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
