Inactive Documents folder containing HRUPPROG.DIE.NOW and HRUPPROG.txt on startup

As soon as my system loads, a folder "Documents" pops up containing HRUPPROG.DIE.NOW and HRUPPROG.txt. I'm currently really worried. Any thread with an explanation of what this is? I downloaded CoD 5 the other day and I'm suspecting it was it which 'caused this. Badly in need for help.
