Inactive DOJ Money Pak Virus

Hello. Has anyone run across the ransomware virus in which they claim that they are from the Department of Justice? Does anyone have a suggestion on how to remove this virus?

Is the computer bootable?
What Windows version is it?

The computer will boot but then the DOJ window pops up. Can also boot into safe modes and it runs without the window popping up. It is windows 7 professional.

Do this from Safe Mode with Networking....

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

• Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
• Press Scan button.
• It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
