Ordering some late night pizza to fuel that extended gaming session is now a bit more high tech as Domino’s Pizza now accepts payment via Google Wallet. The technology has been integrated into the company’s Android ordering app which means you can now pay for your order simply by selecting “Buy with Google” during checkout.

In a statement on the matter, Domino’s Pizza president and CEO, Patrick Doyle, said this is yet another way they are using technology to improve the customer experience. He added that Google Wallet is a great technology that allows customers even more flexibility and convenience when it comes to paying for their orders.

To help promote the new feature, Domino’s is offering up a free order of their new specialty chicken to anyone that placed an order of $10 or more and pays with Google Wallet. The offer is good through June 15, we’re told.

For those not up to speed, Google Wallet is a free mobile payment system that lets users store things like debit cards, credit cards and even reward cards electronically on a smartphone. The service debuted in mid-2011 and is currently available on a number of popular smartphones including the iPhone.

Interestingly enough, however, Domino’s appears to have shunned iOS – at least for now. No word yet on when or if the service will make a debut on Apple’s flagship smartphone.
