Download not possible (Colorado 1000e Backup Software)

There is a download on TechSpot.com for the colorado 1000e Backup Software.
The download points to ftp.uni-magdeburg,de.

But whenever I try to get the download I receive the massage that the site cannot be reached.

what can I do to solve the problem ?

The Colorado 1000e Backup Software is very important for me, because my own (original) setup software on diskette does not work anymore.

Is there any hint that could help me ?

Thanks - now I could successfully download the file.
If the file solves my actually problem (to restore Backup-Files from my Colorado T1000e TapeDrive) I will know in a few days.
The problem is, that the drivers run only under Windows 95. At the moment I could only install a Win95-VM-Client on my Vista-Desktop, But I'm not shure that the vmplayer can detect the Parallel-Port Tape-Drive.
If not, I must try another time to install Windows 95 physically as a second OS on my Vista-Desktop. I tried just a couple of times but so far without success ..
