DRAM_LED problem

I need some help with my newly build PC.
the problem is that it wont boot farther than Dram_led, my motherboard manuel says its because the motherboard cant detect any RAM, but I have already tried to change Ram slots and change RAM from hyperx 2x8GB to cosair vengance 2x8GB.

dont worry I have already checked all the wires are correctly placed.

PC Specs:
motherboard: asus rog strix z370-f
grafic card: asus gtx 1060
CPU: intel i7-8700
CPU cooler: cosair hydro series 100i v2
PSU: cosair RM 650x
RAM: 2x8GB cosair vengance

Yes I can confirm my memory is on that list

Assumptions:
- all power connections are made
- power is good
- motherboard properly installed with no shorts to case
- cpu properly installed
- video card properly installed
- ram properly installed
(some folks may take every thing apart and rebuild following manual - I have had problems in past which were caused by many mistakes which seemed simple when I figured them out - too many to list)

At this point, if I still had a problem, I would contact ASUS support to discuss possible RMA. The RMA process should include some testing which might highlight the real issue.
