Driver power state failure in Windows XP

Hi ,

I have been facing this issue as of today. I have neither installed new driver or new software. I used Uniblue Powersuite to tune my laptop performance . After doing a scan today. My laptop did not shutdown and it would restart again and again. Now , my laptop does not restart , but i get to see the blue screen with the errot message driver power failure.

Also , get the following message when the startup is complete. The procedure entry point_except_handler4_common is not found in msvcrt.dll.
