I have a 80 gb sshd and when I initially installed WIN7 it took up about 18gb.I had a virus I Couldn't get rid of--so I reformatted the hd.It looks to me that in doing that I reinstalled WIN7 again---burning up more HDspace.This is what I have listed in Programs:
Microsoft Visual C++2010 X64 Redistributable 100.40219 13.8mb
Microsoft Visual C++2010 X86 Redistributable 100.40219 11.8mb
Can I delete on of these??---and Which one do you suggest??

I wouldn't delete any of them as one is for 32bit stuff and the other 64bit, plus they only take up around 25mb, so barely any space.

Some applications may use the 64bit version, while some applications may use the 32bit version. Do not delete any of them since this may cause instability.

I agree with the others, don't remove them.

A format will erase everything. If you reinstalled Windows without formating, there is a chance nothing was erased.
