I'm getting this very disturbing image of Steve Ballmer, head shaved, dressed in skin tight white clothing, after a few electro shock therapy, sessions, and a half bottle of Haldol, with Bill Gates hauling him around Ethiopia in a red, "Radio Flyer" wagon.
