EEPROM Chip for Dell Studio 1531

I'm learning how to work on the motherboard for Dell laps at a small shop here where I live. However, the guy I'm working for seems to be super shady when it comes to the pay "that was originally promised." (I'm ranting here out of anger and frustration).

Anyways, I'm about to quit and get into this repair stuff myself - can't cheat myself out of $$$. I have a Dell Studio Laptop, model 1531, and a white screen comes up and says that a password is needed. I've taken the machine apart and can see all of the chips, but I don't see the chip that reads "EEPROM" that "butthead" said I should see. I'm looking on the keyboard part and the bottom motherboard part, but I don't see it. Can somebody help me? I want to be able to do this should I run into a customer that has a lap like this. Thanks. If you can show me a photo of where to find, so I can read that it says EEPROM in small letters, that's cool. I must overlooking it or something. Thanks again.
