How do I remove this? it doesnt show in task mngr, which is the only thing I am able to access past log in screen ghost

Hey thanks for the fast response I havent looked at your help info link yet but I will today sonetime. Im not very computer savvy and I usually use apple but mine was stolen. Soooo anyway I will let you know my progress as it happens. Thank you again

Ok ii read instructions and I need to say this, I am only able to get to logon screen and after logging in I get a blank screen with my cursor. I can do cntrl alt delete to get to the task manager but the eksplorasi.exe file doesnt appear. So as far as installing ANY anti virus or other programs at all. Again im not very computer savvy so maybe you can tell me how I can I . Stall anttivirus program ad instructions say to before trying to remove the virus. Or maybe I need ed to do something else. Let me know.. thanks again

Hi windows 7 sorry I didnt reply earlier I just saw message. But I had a friend of a friend check it out and we are all back and running again. Thank you SOOO much for your help and support. I hope I can ask you ij the event I get in a bind again and need answers. I only know I just had . him do a complete reinstall of the windows 7 and I didnt have any virus protection or anything you suggested in your help answer but I do now. So hopefully I wont run into this problem again any time soon. Thanks again,
