Emachines laptop keyboard and can't get it to be normal

I have a emachines laptop and i cant get the question mark button to work everrytime I try it comes up as É HELP ME PLEASE!!!!
 
Is that the only key that produces the wrong symbol. If there are others you may have your keyboard set for the wrong language layout.
