iOS 9.3.5 is the LAST update that some devices will ever get from Apple!
Whereas iOS 10.3.* is available, not all devices will be able to upgrade to it.

iOS 9.3.5 is the final release on the

• iPad (3rd generation),
• iPod Touch (5th generation)
  
• and iPad Mini (1st generation)
