Ending Program - "Good Luck trying to find me"

The title pretty much sums it up. It appeared while I was shutting down the PC. And I have no clue as to what it is. But I am fairly certain it is a malicious file. Can anyone shed some light into it's identity and how to fix this?

I ended a program while shutting down my cousins machine that said 'You're not supposed to see this'

Was rather weird, but it was straight after a reinstall and hasn't reappeared

It's pretty much daring us to fix it. But I don't have much to go by. I have recently encountered Conficker after a problem with my internet provider which ended in a new network port. I have done every precaution and have not seen a warning from AVG 8.5 again.

However, I am pretty new to the forums so I haven't done the 8 steps yet. Will post as soon as I am able.
