Error code 10

good evening people please help i got a creative sound blaster sound card that just stop working and gave an error code 10 right out of the blues can some body help

what version of Windows and Service Pack level is installed?

This often means (at least a place to start) that a driver is corrupted/interfering.

Look in Add/Remove Programs first.
=> Are any Sound Blaster sound card programs listed? Remove them first
=> Then check device manager for sound drivers. Uninstall
=> Now you try to reinstall them and see if status= OK
