Error Code -- please help

I have gone through all of the tasks of "Before posting your minidumps" and nothing is fixing the issue. I have downloaded the latest drivers and I am still having these minidumps.

I have attached the last two here--any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

It looks like some network issue.
What driver did you reinstall? Network card driver?
Is this desktop, or laptop?
Wireless, or wired?

It's a wired desktop and it was not the network driver I reinstalled.

Should I go to the Dell website and see if there are any downloads available for the network drive?

Not really sure what to do here---and why does the blue screen only happen every few months if it's the same problem? Or are they different?

Errors are all the same - NDIS.sys

Yes, go to Dell's site, enter your service tag number, download network driver.
Uninstall current driver, install fresh one.

one last thing..

How do I unistall this driver? Through add/remove programs? THe only driver I see in there is Intel Pro Network Connections 12.1.8.0--is this the same driver causing the issues?

You have to go to Device Manager and click on a "+" sign next to Network Adapter.
Your network adapter will be listed there. Right click on it, click "Properties", then "Driver" tab and finally "Uninstall" button.

Download new driver first.

I downloaded the new "updated" driver from Dell yesterday and removed the existing network driver.

All worked well but when I came to my computer this morning I had another blue screen with what appears to be the same error code. I'm attaching the new mini-dump file here:
