Error on startup. I did a good 7 hours research before giving in and asking for help.

I start Windows up (Version 5.1 [Build 2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.080814-1233 : Service Pack 2])
and just after the loading screen I get this:

stop: c0000218 unknown hard error
unknown hard error

When trying to start in any other modes BUT safe mode I get:

Session3_Initialization_Failed
Stop: 0x000000006F (0x0000130, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

When in safe mode it informs me of the Paging File not having enough space. Tells me to manually change it. I do so, to no avail.

I was told this could be a hardware issue, such as the ram failing on me.
I had some older ram, I barely ever used it, as I quickly made the upgrade to 2GB instead, using this ram made no difference.

I fear a virus scan but safe mode won't let me INSTALL anything other than what I had, and at this point all I had was Malware's anti-malware. NOT a virus scan.

I do not own a copy of windows XP on CD.

Under computer management I got a few error messages.

The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
Beep
Fips
intelppm
OMCI

DCOM got error "This service cannot be started in Safe Mode " attempting to start the service EventSystem with arguments "" in order to run the server:
{1BE1F766-5536-11D1-B726-00C04FB926AF}
~~~~(I think this was my trying to install anti-virus software)~~~~
TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts.
The Application Management service terminated with the following error:
The specified module could not be found.
I have no idea what to try now. I am so lost, so frustrated. I don't get how a computer can work in safe mode, inhibit me from fixing the problem, then straight up not work at all regularly.
I'm sorry if I'm missing something important, I'm not the best with computers.
Any help will be so greatly appreciated.
I just moved and got rid of most of my stuff. I have nothing but my clothes and my computer. I love this thing to death and I want to save it.
If you can boot into safe mode try looking in C:\WINDOWS\Minidump for any dmp files and attach them to your next post. If there are any minidump files in there they can help us troubleshoot your issue.
Old link but another guy with same error:
You could try repairing the system files through the Windows XP CD? Maybe you know someone who can borrow the CD.
Also you could use scannow sfc command to check the system files originality. If they are corrupted you probably need a XP CD.
