Inactive ESET smart security detects threat but can't delete it

Hello, sorry to bother you, but I keep having a certain situation and I was wondering if someone had experienced something similar.

My ESET smart security keeps detecting a threat. It says:

Alert
Threat found

Object: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ndproxy.sys

Threat: Win32/Rootkit.Agent.NSF trojan

Error while cleaning.
Event occurred during an attempt to access the file by the application: C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe.

It gives me options to delete it or to take no action, but if I click the first one, it reports error while deleting.

If I delete the file manually from the windows explorer, the file is soon re-created. When I attempt to scan it with malwarebytes, it reports no threats. I haven't noticed any malfunctions in my OS and installed software, but it just keeps on detecting this threat.

Suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.
