Ethernet connection but no internet: Only after shutdown

I recently built my first PC and it is working great except for every time I shut it down for the night, the next day the ethernet shows itself as connected by I don't have any internet. The only work around is unplugging the ethernet cable and replugging it in. I have tried so many different troubleshooting options from the internet, such as reinstalling the network adapter, updating BIOS, and a few other random things in the device manager. I'm getting really frustrated and am desperate for a solution. Note: This issue does NOT occur if I just restart my computer, it is only after it is was shut down for a good amount of time.

Device:
AsRock B450M-HDV mobo
Ryzen 3600
Gtx 1070
16GB RAM
Windows 10

The page for your motherboard list "Realtek Gigabit LAN".

It would be the "PCI Express" for "RTL8111H" download

Edit:
I don't know why Realtek has to be so confusing to navigate. Maybe this link will help.

Thank you for the suggestion, I did update the driver through Realtek (which I verified in the device manager, which now says I have the latest one from 5/2020) but it didn't appear to fix the issue after testing it with a shutdown and restart.
