Event ID 1003

I am running windows 2003 server service pack 2 and I get a Blue Screen Error. The event log shows system error category 102 event ID 1003

Error code 1000007f, parameter1 00000008, parameter2 e0042000, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 00000000.

Please Help

Your windows maybe crashed with stack overflow but I cannot confirm because the size of the kernel stack is not in the dump (ie usually the size of the kernel stack is saved at the dump). Because Norton AV uses a lot of kernel stacks. Enlarge the kernel stack will resolve the problem. If you still have problem, attach the latest minidump here.

One minidump is insufficient to find out the root cause of the problem. Zip 5 to 6 minidumps and attach zip file here.

Did Increase KStackMinFree from (0) to (2400) & wait for result
