This error consistantly appears at start up of system..........

I have had no luck finding viable solution.
Can anyone educate me......Much appreciation.

Not enough information. Find the rest of the error message in the Event Viewer:

Start> Run> cmd> type in eventvwr

Do this on each the System and the Applications logs:

1. Click to open the log>
2. Look for the Error that corresponds to time you get the message>
3 .Right click on the Error> Properties>
4. Click on Copy button, top right, below the down arrow
5. Paste here (Ctrl V)

Please ignore Warnings. Don't paste the entire log.

That is not an entire Error from the Event Log. An Error Event has an Event ID#, a Source and a Description- you may have left part of the Description, although it is incorrect.

And while I suppose you're trying to make a point, typing in all uppercase letters on the internet is considered yelling.

See this Google page for sites having the 'exception' message, although most show Exception Processing Message c0000013- not c000003.

Every work, case of each letter and each number string in an error message must be exact.
