Exernal Hard disk not detectable on My Computer

Hi Guys,

Need some help on these matter which my external hard disk is not detectable on My Computer. When I plug in, the LED shows its on and can hear disk spinning but slow.
It is a Samsung HDD 160GB.I have tried the drive management but there is no detection of the hard disk. Can help me on this??

Go to device manager and take a screenshot of it please. We need to find the device and uninstall the driver, but we will proceed with that shortly.

If your using an enclosure remove it and try connecting the hard drive PC [ATA cables]!
