Well, back in the day or was that 2016, I seem to recall something along these lines - at least until reality slapped you in the face.
Well reality hasn't been doing much slapping lately, but I admit I am far from losing hope.

Good Republicans survived the Tea Party, and I have faith that they will not only survive Trumpism, but are slowly coming out of it as we speak.

Hmmm. Must be those whistle blowers testifying to congress really put the fear of laws being passed against them into their hearts. I wonder if anyone told them that it is impossible to hide behind a name change unless they also change their ways? Somehow, I don't see them changing their ways.:laughing:

Well, that's in part probably because they have been forced to leave their guns at the front desk. ;) Unlike some here who decided "the cause" wasn't worth carrying guns for after all.

Hmmm. It is almost as if they are all having their own "coming out of the closet" party. 不 不 不

Look, the Republican party is not going to get any better until Mitch McConnell is either voted out of office, or carried off and eaten by cannibals. (Neither of which, (unfortunately), is likely to happen).

That said, I'm still trying to figure out if McConnell is madder about not being able to impeach Clinton, or that Monica Lewinsky wasn't under his desk. (or possibly both, in equal states of outrage).
