Factory reset or could this be fixed?

That's what caught my attention too. We are looking for a basic clean install of Windows as a starting point so where are these extra programs coming from if not the OS install disk? Avira and McAfee are unlikely to play well together anyway.

Well good news is the mememory test appears to be positive, for 5 hours. All these programs were downloaded .... Should I not be downloading then ? Could it be that I installed of all the different updates at once ?

Really sorry guys, I really didnt know... What should I do now, I mean computer still works properly, no bad signs or similar symptoms as previous harddrive

Are you saying that you have downloaded all of these programs? From where? Why?

Are you saying all the errors you listed above were from the old HDD? Please explain contradiction..."I have bought a new hard drive and these errors are coming from it..."

Advice doesn't really change...
Initialize / partition.
Confirm disconnected from Internet
Install OS clean and fresh.
Turn OFF updates
Turn on Windows defender and firewall
Now connect to internet
Now request and install Windows updates (1st run) - restart when asked
Now request and install Windows updates (2nd run) - restart when asked
Now request and install Windows updates (3rd run) - restart, should have almost all at this point.
Go to MSI site and download FRESH drivers and install those.

For like the fifth time, install Windows, get it stable, use Windows firewall, use Windows Security Essentials or Defender. Downloading two anti-malware programs is NOT SMART. You cannot be getting them from the Windows update site. Don't allow them to install if they are on your install disk. Downloading non-Windows drivers, etc is introducing too many variables. Don't use the old drivers from any disk until after you have a stable Windows installation running without issues for many hours. Make RESTORE POINTS so you can recover from errors should they begin.

We are trying very hard to help you determine if there is a basic hardware issue. Once that is resolved, we can move to some additional software after setting a solid Restore Point. Stop jumping ahead.

Good. This way it will no longer be like herding ping-pong balls in a hurricane.

Seriously, im such an impatient ****er.. If it really is the issue of me having no patience, will find out soon with the previous HDD and just installing random **** before windows gets its updates. Then I ****ing honestly appologise for wastingg your time and effort trying to help me. I guess we all learnt something along the way though right ? ;)(y) Man thank youuuuuuuu !! @Cycloid Torus you are the top expert... Seriously.. No doubt. Without you guys I wouldnt even get anywhere near this stage, probably end up buying a new pc and still suffer the same problem.. Lool imagine that wouldve been so funny..

It could still happen. First of all you bought a new hard drive and now a Windows 7 installation disk. :)

Think it over. Write it down. Heading is "Life Lesson". Start a journal, become wise.

As to anti-virus, two is much, much less than one - they fight.

If you want one, download, disable internet, turn off & uninstall the old, install the new, then enable internet, update, scan. Do not skip steps.
