'Failed to connect to a Windows service' problem?

I expanded protocol and it says can't collect information.

Also, the diagnose and repair section says to plug a cable into the network adapter "local area connection" but i don't know what kind of cable or where the network adapter is.

Did you download the Microsoft Fix at the bottom of the page and run it if you cannot download from the computer that has the problem use another computer and download it to your USB drive then put it in the computer with the problem and run it from there.

Did you check the protocols to if they was corrupted.

I just now got a chance to run that "fix it" on my computer. I want to thank you for spending your time and helping me. My computer is working great now!

And yes finally got a solution
go to elevated cmd prompt and type "netsh winsock reset" and press enter
then restart your system
worked for me. hope it works for others too
