Fans spinning but no boot

I had my PC working fine till one day, I started the power ; All the motherboard fans were spinning but nothing shows up on the monitor, when I disconnected the monitor, it says no signal, I checked the wiring, It's fine & everything in place, my PC gives no beeps only there's sound of fans spinning & the LED light of my CPU cabinet on!, please help!

Do you have on-board video or is there a separate video card in your computer?
